Most Figure Athletes are forever in search of the same thing: The absolute best way to strip fat while sculpting the muscle underneath; all on a time-sensitive schedule. This program may just be the answer to our prayers.

GReat timing! Ive been doing your other two workouts, this one comes exactly one month before Cancun vacation. Do you still recommend the same eating plan?

I love your articles and training programs. Thanks for being generous and posting them.

WW

So far I've completed 4 weeks of your TBW, and about 2 weeks of your half body. I have a photo shoot coming up in about 3 weeks, would you recommend I stick with the half body or switch over to these before the shoot? I just do sports modeling (aka mostly action shots of me playing sports) so I am looking to be my leanest possible, but obviously do not need to look as lean as a figure competitor. My amount of muscle mass is more than acceptable for what I do.

Thanks! These workouts look awesome. I'm especially intrigued to try that metabolic circuit.

I am wondering if it is possible to do the Total Body Assault in 5 days. I don't have Saturday and Sunday to workout because of my kids tournament schedules. Can the workout on day 3 be done before the Incline treadmill walk or do the Inc. Treadmill walk earlier in the day? Then take day 3 off and finish day 4 and 5 on Thurs and Friday?

oh and should this be done the remaining 8 weeks? I have one week left on half body to make it 4 weeks then I want to start on the Total Body Assault.

Keep doing what you are doing and just tighten up your diet.

No, just the last 4 weeks.

You need a full 7 days to work with.

So do suggest continuing on with the 1/2 body for 4 more weeks for a total of 8 weeks? Then switch to TBA?

my weekends could be tough to get it in we travel every weekend...I will just have to figure it out, I want to do this new workout!

I love that it's on the weekends! The gym is always empty!

Not that any program can't be formatted to make workout days fall on Friday and Sunday - and rest days during the week.

I am with athleticmomof3...I have three weeks I don't know what to do with. I did 7 weeks of TBW and just completed 4 weeks of 1/2 Body, should I start TBA today, switch back to TBW, continue with the 1/2 Body? If I do TBA for 4 weeks starting today, what do I do for the last 3? Or if I wait and do TBA the last 4 weeks, what do I do for the next 3??

Hope that makes sense!!

L.

Hi WW, sincere thanks for the new workout. I can't wait to try it!
Question on the Zercher's; do you begin it as a deadlift each time to get the bar in position or just once and then complete the set? Or do you recommend just taking it from the rack?
Thanks for your time. A.

Kick-ass article - can't wait to start these workouts. Any recommendations on the Surge flavors? I'm not morally opposed to any of the flavors available but would like to get an idea before I order it.

Also, the dynamic warmups - would you suggest something like jumping jacks & squat thrust circuits or are we to perform 3-4 warmup sets?

I've got to tell you WW, I've been getting a LOT of compliments on my changing body composition so evidently changes are taking place. I'm feeling pretty damned good about being a grandma!

Is Surge recommended even for those w/ higher body fat? Mine is 24-25%.

Thanks!
